This site was created by ADHD Moms and Dads to create a caring and sharing community of people touched by ADHD in one way or another.  You may be dealing with an ADHD teenager for years, while others may have started the journey with a young child just diagnosed.  You may know someone in the office with ADHD symptoms or need to help a loving spouse searching for answers.

We can all share information and experiences with each other, learn from one another and grow together.

  • We believe that ADHD Notebook will be a SHARING and learning experience.
  • We help you create a PERSONAL  notebook, allowing you to track your experiences in a non-judgmental and very supportive environment.
  • We believe this site will enable us all to achieve SUCCESS together with our ADHD.

To join the ADHD Notebook community, simply click on the green button “Create my Notebook” on the right, or click here to register(If you are already registered and currently logged- in,  the link will return you to the home page.)
